The original deck was all rotting wood that was painted and not wood stained like it should have been. The new maintenance free deck was made larger in both directions with composite decking boards, vinyl railings, and removable vinyl lattice for storage. We installed accent lighting in the steps, railing posts and in the landscape. And, to keep cool in the summer we topped off this deck with a Sun Setter motorized retractable awning.

This gorgeous wrap around wood deck was installed and never treated. Over the years taking a beating from the elements, the wood finally started to splinter, curl, twist and warp making it not only an eye sore but difficult to walk on without getting splinters. After sanding the deck down to a furniture smooth finish, we applied a deck stain to protect and preserve the wood making this deck enjoyable and safe to walk on barefoot.

This custom made front door replaced the original drafty one with a storm door. Not only does it change the look of the front of the house but with more glass and a solid seal, this definitely lights up the foyer and stays warm in the winter.

CUSTOM BUILT SWING SETS

It all started with an old swing set that was about to get power washed and refinished. Plans changed. Let start with an elevated deck, enclosed part of it, throw on a roof, put in some windows, sky light and a door, take apart and modify the original swing set, move it around, then put it all back together and add in a zip line across the yard.
